Small QoL scoreboard suggestion

Would it be possible to implement into the scoreboard a section for showing # of Nasus stacks/Veigar stacks/Thresh souls/Kindred marks/etc?

Some might disagree(for some unforeseen reason), but I thought it would be kind of a cool addition.

Hover champ portrait on scoreboard to show their permanent buffs at last known state, and temp buffs/debuffs if in team vision.
