Can Twitch be made into a jungler?

Currently Twitch is the only ADC with stealth. 80% of the stealth champions are assassins and half of them are junglers. It just isn't fit for an ADC role. But as a jungler it is amazing, and a core piece of Twitch's ganks.

Already he is a pretty decent jungler. The attack speed from his Q lets him clear faster and his passive synergizes with Red Buff and Skirmisher's Sabre. But he still is pretty bad. His clears are just awful early. You can't take your first buff after Gromp/Krugs unless you get lucky and they get stuck or you take heal. Your passive damage is outclassed by Red Buff at pretty much all stages of the game, clears wise.

So here are my two proposed changes:

• Passive damage is doubled against monsters.
• W roots monsters for 1 second.

That's pretty much all he needs. For those of you thinking the root is too much, Nidalee's is two seconds and procs on two different abilities and Twitch's W has a 12 second cooldown. Also to help kill Scuttle.
