I really want to gift my friend the 1950RP 11keys+11chests for his birthday, but, as I just found out now, you cannot gift chests or keys. Why, Riot? Why can I not spend money on your game?!

You can always gift him the RP and he can buy the chests on his own. I agree though that gifting chests should be allowed.

I have RP (800) and I wanted to drop 10$ (1300) to gift the 11 keys. for the cost of 1900
