Instead of shield removal, can we all agree ryze doesnt need sanic ms boost?
Ryze is a very short ranged mage and he already lost his spell vamp (needed to lose it IMO).
His shield isnt an issue, it is his speed boost. The fucker runs at mach speed on top of his shield, and that is the true issue, besides his stupid machine gun mage kit.
Remove the speed boost. His shield is more than enough safety, if he gets caught and the enemy burns his shield (and he buys seraphs so that too) he should get fucked. The speed boost serves to only fuck over melee champs unfortunate enough to face ryze.
He gets seraphs and his passive turns that into a whackass shield on top of his damn decent kit shield. Kill the sanic boost plz guys, that is a bigger offender than the shield.
