A small QOL change to Fizz, maybe?

Make E apply W passive so he doesn't have to depend on his ult every time in the mid-late game. Wouldn't be too strong cause E is also his main means of escape. R applies W just by throwing a fish at someone (no remote nor physical contact with his trident at all), so why's it when you literally flop onto someone's face, no passive applies?

I don't like facing Fizz too, but like many champs, we can't just leave assassins in the dumps. They need to sedate our ADC overlords.
