The ADC game is a game of effective ranges, and hers is waaaaaayyyy too low. Yes she has abilities that can transcend her auto range, but they're nothing in comparison to other range extending things like clean cuts from xayah.
Kaisa will permanently be garbage unless riot decides to omegabuff her numbers so she just stomps people in spite of that weakness.

the more attack speed she gets, the faster she moves with her E, and when evolved you literally have a vayne's ult, also works like an alpha strike,
her entire kit is like yi (E cd mechanic) + vayne (her E evolved) + azir (her ult) + jhin (cuz w) + khazix (her q but can track targets)
you literaly cant escape once you get hit by her
range on autos? who needs that XD
