Why are there a million threads talking about Janna or whatever else is op when these characters have been sitting at asinine winrates forever? There seems to be a lot wanting to bring characters down instead of bring others up.

at least you can fight back, dodge the spear, or combo/blow up the nidalee.

Yeah, that's good to hear on leblanc, but this isn't just about these particular champions; the same time that someone picks up win%, someone else is losing it. These just happen to have been in a pretty crummy place forever. I didn't include ones like 
that have been getting intentionally nerfed to their current winrate.

Craft Zeppelin2 votesReworked Leblanc is basically so than pre-rework. Basically people just gets harassed to impunity since her Q has such a low cooldown with low mana costs. Which is bad, because playing around assassins means you play around their cooldowns. Leblanc holds the ropes of the enemy laner due to how her W works with low risk, and this Q spam, on top of ridiculous wave control.
By the way. if you are into looking at balance issues, take a look at
. It feels shit to play him, or play with him at any degree.
They need to give him something unique than 3 straight skillshots.

Sp33d Zer02 votesRyze has a bad win rate right now because his kit makes it easy for pro's to abuse. LB has a bad win right now because she is still currently a dominant force in pro play because of her kit. Nidalee is bad against tanks, and also has a very high skill cap, meaning she is easily abused in pro play. Poppy was the best tank in the game for a very long time. She is also better in a diver meta, as opposed to the current tank meta. 49.8% win rate is fight. Give or take 49-51% is pretty much good unless it is met with a massive play rate

That is pretty decent. Sure, she isn't played a lot, but her WR is the sign an average champion. Not over performing, or under.

Baron Barian1 votesRyze, Nidalee, and LeBlanc, who have the lowest winrates there, all have high learning curves. Nidalee in particular I've had numerous gut busting laughing fits from seeing her fails. Ex: Resetting the first buff monster from too much kiting.
In any case, these rates may not be the best representation of proper winrates, not everyone who plays them really know what the hell their doing.
As for someone like Illaoi, she by herself really depends not just on the player, but how smart the other team is. And I'd imagine Poppy's hammers, if used without past experience, can give the other team an ace.

shicky971 votesFrom my experience, , , and are at low winrates because they take quite a lot of skill and/or teamwork to play. If they were buffed with their current kits and rose to even 50% winrate, they would probably be broken in the hands of mains and pros.
is an immobile juggernaut whose counterplay is "Don't get close" so it's no surprise that a smart team would just kite her or disengage when she ults, leaving her with a low-ish but not terrible winrate. Buffing her numbers would probably not help this issue much; she would need some of her kit to be overhauled.
is really the only one on the list that might actually have issues that could be solved easily, she is not overly hard to play and she is not immobile, so she is most likely just weak numbers-wise (The gutting of 
certainly didn't help her). Some buffs to said numbers would probably help her a lot.
