Petition to make Yasuo truly resourceless

As is, Yasuo is gated by this dumb green bar that begins at 560/560 and goes up to 1800/1800. I don't get why my lane opponent can just reduce my bar to 0 and hard cc me for 10 to 78.75 seconds and send me back to base. That's like a ridiculous reworked poppy ult on steroids. Other champions, such as , have OP ways of getting around this resource (who thought of the idea of giving infinite green bar for 3 seconds?), but Yasuo doesn't have any. Therefore, I propose that Yasuo become truly resourceless and be given infinite green energy. I realize that this change is a huge buff, so his overall kit will have to be nerfed as well. He should lose his double crit passive, 25% ad scaling on his Q, 100 dash distance on his E, and all his armor penetration on his ult in compensation for having infinite green energy. That way, Yasuo can be a more balanced truly resourceless champion.
