why does riot keep nerfing my main?

i main gromp and s5 has been nothing but nerfs

5.7 - gromp smite buff bonus health scaling reduced to 5% 5.19 - range reduced from 550 to 250

these nerfs are huge. gromp is easily the worst champion in the game now. poppy, taric, quinn, yorick can all 1v1 gromp at ANY level. as a bronze 4 gromp main with over 1000 games played, I can say for a fact that gromp needs a complete rework. gromp's current skills are:

Q - Spits a wad of poison at the target, dealing 83 physical damage (Cooldown: 1.6 seconds) W - Hops a short distance in target direction E - Be dumb and switch to a higher health target R - Continually regenerate health until at 90% of maximum health

As is, gromp's only good ability is his ult (i managed to solo a twisted fate that sucked at kiting with it). my idea for the rework:

Q - Spits a wad of poison at the target, dealing 83 physical damage (Cooldown: 1.6 seconds) Spits a wad of poison at the target, dealing 83% maximum health true damage (Cooldown: 1.6 seconds) W - Hops a short distance in target direction Instantly teleport to a given location on the map E - Be dumb and switch to a higher health target Passive: Gromp now attacks two players at once. Gromp will focus Soraka, followed by the most fed out of the ADC and APC, followed by any bruiser top laners/junglers, followed by tanks. R - Continually regenerate health until at 90% of maximum health (UNCHANGED)
