Stars Shaper1 votesViktor himself has some good chances of outplay. I think that if you manage to place your trap when there are no minions around (and windwall is on cd) you can deal some heavy damage to him.
Another guy who works good is Swain.

Stars Shaper1 votesWell with kassadin you'll need to punish him when he farms expecting that most of your Q will be useless if he is reactive enough, timing is win there too. Post 6 you have betetr chances, melees usually deal more damage than him with their combo and you can dodge the tornado easily, for the E-Q combo just manage your range.. jumping on him with your full combo and point blank Q usually out trades Yasuo and you can go back safely.

Upvotes only matter if it's a suggestion/bug report....etc the more upvotes you have higher the chance of your thread getting into Riot's attention. But there's no point of it if a Rioter already replied to my thread agreeing with me.
