It's unfortunate that you'll most likely get votes down.

Imagine a champion with flash in their kit This flash does high AoE damage at landing, you can comeback to your original position if you get compromised, and this flash is on a 6 second cooldown... if even, because if you happen yo have your ultimate available, the re-flash is instant.

There's a reason why she's banned on almost all games on LCS, yet people will tell you she's alright.

See Fizz... he needs to land a skillshot, his Ult (not a point+click skill on a super low CD) to amplify his damage. He then has a super short window to commit to the target and destroy it. He can't go in and out with the simple push of a button.

See Diana... she can burst down a target really fast, but she has to go all in and commit to the kill. She can't go in and go out with an every-6-seconds flash.

See Kassadin... a beast in the late game, but his early game is incredibly weak, making him a very risky pick, even at LCS level of play.

Even Zed, really... his Death Mark commits him to a single target, not AoE damage from your every-6-seconds flash. This Death Mark can be cleansed, and he needs to stick to the target for a couple seconds to do the damage he needs, and I insist... it's a single-target skill.

People defending LeBlanc's current state is something I don't understand. Rek'Sai and Jinx have been nerfed lately, giving them more clear weaknesses, LeBlanc's kit continues to give her high mobility at all stages of the game, huge damage output and very little risk for the reward she can get.

Once again: There's a reason why she's ban so often in the LCS
