Why dosen't Riot hire another developer to fix the client?

I know this isn't exactly gameplay, but the client in its current state is hurting every function of the game. Features shouldn't break every other day...

At what point do we step back and ask if they are capable of fixing it? It's been years without it working properly and it's only getting worse.

Every other online game has a working client, so why don't you just outsource to a better developer?

Players don't want to wait season after season with no improvement.
