Simple indication idea for cool down reduction

Where it shows the ability context of the mana cost and description next to the current cool down, add the previous number next the new reduced number like : 20 seconds ~~26 seconds ~~ to show the current and previous at the same time.

Might not be appealingly necessary to some players but i like to keep track of how much exactly my CDR items are cutting off from my CD's.
