Ban / Suspend ARURF accounts

I keep seeing the same people with the same summoner names taking Fiddle, Singed, Hecarim or Nasus. Can you please ban the ARURF-only accounts? It's one of the major reasons why people are hating "all random" when someone with some extra time gets to spam who they want.

There aren't actually any champions in URF that are that OP, so making an account for ARURF isn't going to really do much for you. Every champion is within a 45-55% winrate.

Plus you can get any champion that's been free in the last 3 weeks.
