Adcs and general tips to carry with the role in low elo?

Talking about low plat elo, for example. My favourite adc is Draven, but without any cc of his own, im reliant on my support to make good plays, and most of the time in this rank you end up laning with tresh that never hits a hook, so I have been playing more of ashe, because of the safe farming, and initiation / hard cc with r, and play making ability. What are some other adcs that you guys had success carrying low ranks with?
