No, Vayne instantly deals 100% true damage on her first autoattack. She also gains 300 AD when she ults, permanent invisibility, and goes as fast as a Rammus when moving towards enemies.

i dunno ap varus does way way more damage and it does similar things, minus it scales off ap and does magic damage , but it can be procd on multple targets at once
