Suggestions for S5

1. The permanent return of the black market items. Most of them were fun and the more item the merrier
2. More gp10 item. On top of the one from BM, a white and a black item which have small but global effect maybe ?
3. A second path for each of those gp10 which is much more expensive but would be slot efficient for late game. For exemple, the relic shield could be upgrades in a second item that would cost more but works even when alone. I like the idea of sacrificing a bit of your early game to get stronger late game, but for that you need gp10 item that cost 3.5k+ gold to be slot efficient despite the gp10 element.
4. The jungle camps should be more aggressive (more dmg, jump on sight) against the players who previously killed them for a while. Enough so that player couldn't farm them again for a short period of time. Instead make them respawn a bit faster. With that riot could tune the exp and gp generation of the jungle with more precision and tune it to the very limit where a double jungle comp is just sub-meta. This way there would be a whole new level of roaming potential and team comp avalaible for the players. I make the freshly spawned camp more agressive so a jungler with extreme wave clear couldn't abuse of the extra gold create in the jungle.
5. Bring back the brawler from black market. But do not allow upgrade (which was just a distraction at the shop) and do not make them stronger then the original minions. Instead, just allow players to strategically chose which minions they want in their lane while on the fountain (or at champion select ?) or even just randomize them. Add more brawlers over time, you could even sell skins for them. It was very refreshing to have to deal with different type of minions when csing. It breaks the monotony of the laning phase pretty nicely. They don't need to be game changing, or even good, they just need to be different to make that happen.
