The offensive stats aren't the best, but the new Lifeline passive is going to be aids.

Lament is gone (so no more dueling), but that shield scales from 240 - 600 in strength.

at least Spectral Waltz is staying, even if it's not as reliable on shorter ranged champions as it once was due to requiring you to hit them now.

I'm hoping I'm wrong and the item doesn't get gutted, but if I'm being honest, I'd rather PD stay as it is and Lifeline go to a different item if we have to have it at all.

So ad assassins already had a hard to later into the game now there just useless like how do kill a adc now as like talon it is like ardent meta for the assassin again.
