"Don't complain about my teleport waifu, everyone takes flash, complain about that instead Dx"

Disgustingly stupid argument, do you not see the difference between the two spells?

Whether or not my mid laner has flash does not affect my bottom lane laning experience in any way.

Meanwhile if my mid does not take tp and the enemy does, I am instantly put at a disadvantage from the start of the game.

But so are they; if a Teleport is up against a combat summoner, it can MAJORLY affect how that lane plays out.

No? If your opponents do not take a combat spell and your team does your team has an innate advantage in lane. Your mid laner's job is to create enough pressure mid lane to prevent your opponent from effectively using TP. They kill them and set them behind, so if they go bot or top for a TP gank they are less likely to succeed, and your mid has to be ready to capitalize on them not being mid and take that tower if they do decide to go down.

It's not just TP that forces you or your opponent to alter playstyles. Your opponent has to play around your team's combat spells just as much as you have to play around TP. If you're not playing around it you're ignoring the heart of what counter play is.

It's a lesson I learned a long time ago in top lane, and it looks like it's your turn now.

Disgustingly stupid argument

Protip: its a 5v5 match, not 2v2

Yeah, I see the difference.

TP is used on 2 people Flash is all 5 99% of the time

god this has been said so much there's no argument anymore.

Flash is in too deep, you can't simply remove it. But you can nerf teleport so it doesn't become mandatory like flash, flahs being mandatory doesn't make it right for TP to become mandatory too.

Why should they effect your lane? This is a team game which is ment to employ teamwork.
