Stoneplate + Cho

I've seen many posts saying the interaction between and R is overpowered, or something like that. But a very simple change can be made that won't gut cho or any other champion that wants to build Stoneplate. This has been mentioned in many other threads, but if Stoneplate's active increased Base health, not total health, by a %, then there would be 0 interaction with R, and getting huge shielding.

Uhh you need to specify the actual change we want; Stoneplates active HP be added as base HP instead of bonus.

Making stoneplate scale with base HP is a terrible idea and guts the item.

It would by default nerf the item and all the other users, especially when this items has all the tanks items hostage.

Just remove the item or remove the interactions. Why this items can have the interactions it does is stupid.
