Can we re-add what can be qss'd?

As the title suggest, used to be able to cleanse the likes of and ults. This was removed, because at the time (update 6.9 to be specific) these champs, among others, needed a full rotation to guarantee a kill with their target being at not full life.

With how much damage there is in the game, and how much overkill these kinds of champs have outside of their ult on these targets, i feel that adding the ability to cleanse these is appropriate again.
