New Jungle item tooltip

A tooltip was placed on hunter's machete/talisman on the pbe that says 'limited to 1 jungle/gold generation item.' Does this mean that if you have one you are unable to purchase the other and have to upgrade? Edit: to clarify, if i have machete, will i be able to purchase talisman. Thank you all.

BRB... Yes, it does mean that. You cannot purchase Machete if you have Talisman.

I'm assuming this is because of the sightstone passive quest that was added to support items. This is probably for clarity reasons so you can't accidentally get the sightstone jungle item, then sightstone from your support item (they don't stack).
