Question for PBE Junglers

I'm asking for those who have played with the new scuttle changes to give their opinions on how it's changed the flow of jungling in the early game. Are early game duelists even stronger like everyone has assumed? Are gank times later or unchanged? Has it even been a noticeable effect? Any response is welcome and thanks!

Early duelists aren't that much stronger. Ganking times vary between significantly later and unchanged for a few. The effect has been significantly noticeable as it's much easier to fall behind as a jungler if you make mistakes.
