Retard proofing lobby

You might think it's a bronze thing but even in gold 2, people are still forgetting to swap after picking champs for eachother or swapping roles or whatever. (I dare not say it out loud, but ofcourse I have been guilty of these crimes in the past too)

So I ended up with a lucian with smite and a warwick with heal.

Why does a whole team have to suffer the mistake of 2 people?

Why not add a swap option before the final lock in, so that people can propose a swap pre-pick and the game then auto swaps them when everyone is locked in. Why wait for those final 30 seconds of chaos and panic where people might think they can take a piss or grab some booze. It's not that hard is it? Let's add a notice: Do you think thunderlords decree is useful on janna?

Oh and while we're at it, give a popup for junglers that forget to pick smite saying: "Is yo dumb ass sure yo ass want no smite in the jungle or nah?" See I am almost forgetting to pick smite because I am tilting and typing here because I am angry from last game.
