If you nerf Doran's Shield again...
You might as well not even have changed it in the first place.
Hell, put it at 450 and it'll just be worse than the previous version, which nobody even fucking built.

Wow, a bunch of shitters don't think Dorans Shield is overtuned. What are the odds?
I think they should buff all Dorian shield stat and put it costing 500. This way it's easier to administrate damage and clear the player need to get life back through life Regen.
It is a really good item for only 400 gold, mid laners and adc's are even building it
Honestly, it needs to have the regeneration reduced to 15 over 10 seconds, reduced to 10 over 10 seconds for ranged units. Right now, it's just too strong.
I'm not sure where you got the idea that Riot would want to nerf Shield again, but yes, it's a pretty mediocre item. People don't realize how poorly it scales and how quickly that 20 health and 6 HP5 become completely irrelevant.
