Vlad halp

I just need some tips as to how you can kill vladimir, ever, considering his pool ability makes him invulnerable while letting him move around freely and slow targets. I get that sometimes killing someone isn't necessary but he deals HUGE teamfight damage even if he's built full tank, and if you cant kill him even when buying anti tank items the whole champion seems redundant. Laning is also hell against him and even if you manage to get through his q sustain again you cant kill him because of his pool. Is there any way, please, to outplay the pool and fecking kill him already
