Ultimates are mostly standardized at 100 mana. Regular skills can cost up to 150 mana.

Graves does have absurd mana costs. But IMO every champion should have high mana costs, unlike fucking Lucian.

karth ult cost more than 100 mana which is understandable since you cant dodge it without invunerability and it hits all 5 people but graves doesnt have that much utility
