Ghost needs to be nerfed

lol every one of his/her post is crying about something... nothing else...

In fairness the shit is on a 3 minute cooldown which is pretty insane and the champs that use it, like Hecarim, Shyvana, Viktor, and Ryze use it REALLY well.

While it may not be the most legitimate complaint I'd at least entertain the discussion
