Meep Man2 votesHonestly, from what I see, you can build this guy with a TON of different items. However, I SERIOUSLY, and I mean SERIOUSLY doubt his passive counts as single target. I mean, seriously, that would be extremely OP with items like Rylai's, Muramana, and the like.
