Gangplank has is weakness on the beginning of the game due to a lack of damage from his barrels . If GP gets strong , there's always a way to fight back the mechanics he's making by dodging his barrels by moving or auto-attacking them . Of course , it's not that easy to do , but gangplank barrels requires good mechanics to have a descent landing percentage . On the other way , his ultimate could be called strong because it does great damage ( by the 3rd upgrade of his ultimate which can be game changing if done on the back line ) even if it's an AP ratio damage ( means it's base damage is great ) and be used anywhere on the map at the exact moment he click on it . Maybe a slight reduction of the slow percentage could be more balanced . However , feeding an enemy top lane is usually giving the team a bigger chance of winning which is normal . Personnaly , I've seen a bigger throw of the game with a Yasuo
fed more than a Gangplank fed. It's also depend on the team comp .
