Yes credit to who ever did this aka. the group of guys who started to work on this skin as fan made. They eaven had better animations. So no one is going to say that Riot took theyr idea. I mean is it not strange that idea from those people come to reddit and every other site and now riot makes thae devil teemo skin. Riot stop stealing ideas or at least give those guys some credit.

This skin is amazing omg
I love the Teemo skin, best part about it is the auto attack, or attack animations in general. I love that he doesn't just blow on the end of his little pitch fork thingy, and instead swings it a little as if hes poking you, or at least that's what it feels like to me.

I've been thinking about new laugh voiceover or animations can easily make a legendary skin (since they've already change the auto attack animation)
but I guess the original laugh and taunt is what makes him devil
