That way each and every time I use my 
ultimate I get to reduce the cooldown by an entire 2 seconds!
If you combine that with 5 times - that's an entire 10 seconds! (Even less for almost the entire champion roster that gets an ultimate in less than 70 seconds.)

42 Seconds sounds better when you aren't going oom by taking the keystone that actually helps you lane and sustain in fights.

RogueWill1 votesKlepto is still busted.... so much free gold. You usually get 2k+ worth of gold and stats. The only bad part is that is almost like gambling. Sometimes you get nice items, some times you just get mana pot after mana pot
VoraciousX1 votesYou don't need to worry so much about mana when you get the biscuits in the inspiration tree. Sorcery + Inspiration is my favorite page right now(The Ultimate Hat is really nice on Eve btw).

With 40% CDR (humour me), it'll be 78 seconds. Add Ultimate Hat, goes down to 66,3 seconds.
That's an 11,7 second difference between 40% CDR with Ultimate Hat, and 40% CDR without Ultimate Hat. Otherwise, you're still looking at 110,5 seconds of CD if you ONLY have Ultimate Hat, which means it's shaving off nearly 20 seconds of CD for Fiddlesticks.
Even if you ridicule it, that may well be the difference between "I activate my ult and win the teamfight" and "my ult comes up just as I die".
