Took like a month break from the game and it still feels like a piece of shit

Fights are over the very second that they start, except you don't get to play out the long fight: you get to experience a VIP on your team nuked off the face of the rift. CC Ends up with an instant kill after laning phase, ADC's are back to doing burst damage per second (hey man who would've expected ADC's making a come back? The most obnoxious, loud and spoiled rotten play base in LoL)

Towers are still made out of toilet paper, games are over before the 30 minute mark because internet cafes. The boards are STILL demanding nerfs to damage while damage seems to be only increasing in the game. Mobility creep is pretty much everywhere, and the people who do have mobility do just as much if not even more damage in comparison to those who lack mobility. AD items are still objectively superior to AP Items, runes objectively cause less diversity than ever before; and Riot has put the metal gauntlet down to replace it with the titanium gauntlet, special edition to force meta down our throats.

I'll probably come back when worlds are coming about, maybe then damage will be less and fights will last longer than just a few momentary seconds. It just really blows dick when the game you did play all the time becomes this big piece of trash second to a twitch shooter.

[sg-lux-2] At least they're selling emotes that cost almost as much as a skin?

Riot and the balance team have become supremely arrogant. They constantly ignore feedback and criticism. Why else would they spend more time on Reddit than on these boards? Oh that's right, the League subreddit is so heavily moderated, you never ever see anything negative about Riot on there. You can try posting on there, but it'll last MAYBE half an hour. It's confirmation bias. "If we only see things that are good about us, that means the game is good too!"

They did acknowledge that damage was too high months ago, but every single change they've made to the game since then has run contrary to that admission. They still buff characters that are already OP. Which means, they only acknowledged the high damage so people would stop complaining about it for a bit. It's pathetic. If they're going to lie, they could at least try harder than that.

I'm not planning on playing another match until Season 9. We'll see if it's better then, but I'm not holding out much hope.

Another day, another shitpost being upvoted on the Gameplay Boards.

Nothing new.

Downvoted for complaining about adcs randomly for no reason.

Also the "ad is better than AP" circlejerk when most of the broken champs in the game atm are AP, the ap itemization is still arguably overpowered.

another ungrateful post from an addicted player that probably spent hundreds if not thousand of hours on the game that he call a "piece of shit"

well then, congrats on still playing something that cause you suffering, way to go!

ADCs have shifted from "ADCs that should be doing late game damage are doing assassin burst damage" to "ADCs that should have healthy trading patterns are nuking with those 'healthy' patterns". Honestly Lucian and Kaisa are just Assassins with slightly less burst and more sustained damage at this point. They trade guaranteed mobility for even more secure sustained damage, and both are frustrating to me.

I mained ADC, but Caitlyn got nerfed so hard that I just gave up on her.

Try back in a year. Riot doesn't do shit over holiday months.

Every change proposed by them should receive an approval from minumum 75% of all D4+ players (not counting support players) in the big regions before even going through on the PBE.
