Queue times solution ???

To resolve queue length times (possibly) and a little disappointment from players, you can always add a third pick for draft (primary, secondary and tertiary [but the third one is the I dont want the most, so that if it does autofill it will pick something other than the tertiary pick]) basically draft is normal with primary and secondary pick, but now a third pick is added for the position u want the least, so that autofill (if active) will autofill you but wont place you in the position you picked as the tertiary pick.

In addition, fix the PBE become a tester page, because it doesnt have the menu bar at the top.
