^this... yeah ADC are OP. and they needs nerfs, but they have "nerfs" on PBE (insert finger quotes around "nerfs"), and jungle is flat out unplayable.
its like saying "why arn't you concerned you lost your job and are about to lose your house" when Armageddon has been spotted 4 days away.
there are more pressing issues than "ADC being OP".

Living under a rock? Did you not see the 8.11 ADC nerfs along with Riot's statement in the dev corner acknowledging the role has been overpowered for too long then listing the specific things they intend to fix in 8.11?
