Kinda new to the champ! Is it intentional for a casted E from Velkoz (the explosive knock-up thing) to not have the knock-up (or do damage) if you die as you cast it?
I tested it several times to make sure I wasn't just misjudging it, but I thought it was odd the ring/animation would begin, but if I died, nothing came of it.

this is due to his Tectonic Disruption (E) having casttime. It shows the circle before your cast is finished, thus if you die during the cast the circle has been shown without the ability actually happening. (This is an asumption based on my experience with casttime)
