So Autofill is better than Dynamic Que??
Let me start this post off with stating that i have been playing League for years, and have seen it evolve many times since.
But of all of the evolutions, i seriously feel like Auto-Fill is the worst yet.
So let me explain what happened here:
-
We had the old que system, solo/duo and team 5v5, it wasn't the best but it definitely wasnt the worst (auotlocking, calling lanes, remember?)
-
Riot developed Dynamic que, which to me and many others was a godd-send. I loved it, Finally i could que ranked like normal and not have to worry about getting hammered on by another solo/duo or slammed by a 5 man. Also, i got the ability to finally state what role i wanted to play and what lane. And finally, Riot combined the two ques into one, drastically reducing que times and making the que experience much better.
-
For some dumb reason that i really haven't been able to figure out yet, people complained about Dynamic que and cried "We miss solo/duo! we miss autolocks!" and so that brings us to where we are at now:
-
Autofill. So since Riot brought back the old 2 seperate ques, where does that leave us? With the league population splitting between 2 different ques, which leads to- longer que times, and this lovely piece of crap called Auto-fill.
So now, when i que for jungle, top, or mid, i have to not only wait 2-8 minutes longer per que, i also now have about a 20-30% chance of being autofilled, thus getting a lane or role that i didn't even want to play. And this is supposed to be better? I don 't think so.
Riot, please re-think this system. I don't care about the having to wait nearly as much as i care about getting a lane or position that i don't even want to play.
