Fiora gets way too much power from her ult. She gets +bonus move speed on hit, +bonus %max hp true damage, and is if that wasnt enough she gets a massive healing circle that will RAPIDLY heal her from low to full hp, making it literally impossible to 1v1 her with any champ while she has ult.
And Riot's idea of 'counterplay' by adding the schtick of 'dont let her hit you on all sides' well that's IMPOSSIBLE because she gets so much move speed.

or you can just walk to a wall and press s, negating 25% of the ult damage, stopping her from getting new vitals untill the ult ends and not proccing the heal
Fiora has been overloaded since her rework and nothing has been done to tune her down Her passive gives her free sustain and poke Her Q makes her insanely agile and hard to hit Her W literally makes her immune to league of legends for a full second Her E gives her a Free crit every 3-4 seconds Her R can give nearly 75% max hp dmg, plus a massive AoE heal that scales off AD
Just hug a wall and she cant finish her ult and heal off it. Brambles helps too if you're a bruiser just in general against Fiora.
Use walls, shields like 
to deal with her percent health true damage, 
to reduce her healing, and 
to delay the duration of her ult. But my question is, why would you want to 1v1 Fiora in the first place? Her kit is designed to win most duels if you are even in items.
Most people say, stick to a wall or buy a shield. How excactly as you going to do that early on? Fiora is one of the strongest duelists in lane and yet, in lane she has very low counterplay. What is Fiora good against? Everything except ranged lane bullies (which have no counterplay other than themselves matched one vs another) and better duelists (Jax (most of the time) and Riven).
Now lets see what a tank can do vs a fiora, stick under tower and if she has conqueror you might just be lucky enough and survive laning phase (but the fiora can just freeze the wave and q you whenever you try to approach so if played right, 0 counterplay so far), except if she has grasp and then you aren't safe even under your tower cause she will poke, get speed if she hits vital, don't get hit by tower because of the speed and get max health every time she has q up
Now lets see what a juggernaut can do vs fiora....nothing? They relly on making 1v1 trades in lane and you just can't do that vs fiora (and about that darius matchup, fiora, if she stuns darius by parying his e, she could win trades and after that just repeat)
Fiora can lose however to range lane bullies which are overpowered themselves (fight fire with fire) and are the easiest way to counter her. If you are a toplane main that does not play those champions however and you don't dodge, for a good fiora, it is a walk in the park a lane without em.
Fiora is one of the least busted champs in the entire game. She has a whole plethora of weaknesses that are easily exploitable. Actually learn the game before making ridiculous threads like this.
