Whatever happened to the "Dark Horses" articles and videos?

Cause offmeta pick has always been a touchy topic in the comunity and those "dark horses" pick is basically that. Riot being the commany that owns their game making an announcement about an off meta pick as a suggestion, would seems more like an acknowledgment to officially stating those picks are really good and are rank worthy to some people. But in most case, they are really just situational picks.

Thus, this gives ppl the false sense of believe they are good, and Riot gave them the ok to pick these in rank, which in alot of the ppl are just playing it for fun and did not even pratice it or even know when they should pick it, or worst doesn't even know they are just situationally good, and they pick it in rank. As you can see, all these adds up to a easily rage inducing situation.

Moreover, one of those suggestion Riot did, was really really really bad. I won't name what it is, but you probably knows if you saw it or tried it yourself.

Therefore, Riot probably do not want to do another one of those openly, they may still support or suggest some fun off meta pick on the low key (hint: in those all chat video where they make the caster try weird builds), just probably not with a big banner and news saying "dark horses" and such. As a fun post kinda thing, Its not worth the trouble it create.
