You see, what I don't get is why Riot decides to do a rework and does nothing about the most idiotic aspect of said champ. Dumb ass abilities like Fizz' E should be removed from the game. Let's include

Because it's retarded to be able to do a mistake and with the click of one button it's all good? If it was an ultimate ability, cool, but it's a short CD ability that you can spam 24/7 which deals damage AND makes you untargetable AND synergizes extremely well with Zonya's. That doesn't seem a little retarded to you for a non-ultimate ability?
Fizz is too safe of a champion.
