So that in pro play we would have an actual laning phase, instead of trading outer bot/top towers.

Not saying it's had great impact on non-pro play, but I have to say it's kinda nice to actually see bot lanes facing each other for once in the LCS.

Idk, it mixed up lcs for me. It was interesting to see them do the lane swaps.

Now LCS is kinda boring, I was more entertained seeing how they lane swapped instead of feeling like I'm spectating a super passive gold elo game.
