Mundo rework idea

So I was wondering yesterday that what are the problem with tanks overall and how could they be fixed. The problem with tanks that they just mindlessly run you down without much consequenses, not having much impact by dealing little dmg. But for example sion works a little better, or as much as we hate to say it poppy. So I got some ideas about mundo mainly increasing his whole theme of trade Hp for Dmg.

[Passive]-Masochism Mundo gains increased damage based on the damage he took in the last 5 seconds. This would be the old E passive because the anti-mage aspect is definitely not Mundo's thing and his kit was never really a mage counter, it is just weird and possible was added because mages got out of hand in the last season and they tried to make mage counters somewhere.

[Q]-Infected clever COST: Maybe current Hp or baseHp + current Hp but overall an increase This ability is probably the best of Mundo's kit so only number changes would be required. I would probably change the %current Hp damage to %base Hp and lowering it while making it deal more damage the more it cost.

[W]-Adrenaline Rush COST: X%current Hp Cooldown: X seconds(anything that wouldn't make him have too much sustain on lane) I would swap the ult and W, W is kind of boring while the ult just makes you unkillable for 12 seconds if you are fed. Active: Mundo gains a burst of movement speed and regenerates X% of his hp over 5 seconds. Maybe tenacity gain too depending on how strong it would be. Passive: Passively regen health over time (old passive)

[E]-Headbutt COST: more Hp Just the same auto attack reset without the passive effect which gets psuhed to the passive. To add extra functionality maybe make it stun both you and the target for a short period of time.

[R]-Burning agony COST: Hp per second Cooldown: 100 seconds or so The old W but being much more intense (setting himself on fire is also sounds fun and is like something mundo would do). I would higly increase it's damage while giving it a high Hp cost, the numbers would be as high that you would kill yourself if you cast it mindlessly. I would also increase the range slightly and make that if an enemy is touched they will be burning for 2-3 seconds (like singed poison). It should also give him tenacity and maybe a slight maybe 5% movspeed buff, so as not to make it a bit less disengagable but not too much.
