Patch Notes 8.12:
Teemo - the Swift Scout has been renamed into #Teemo - the not so slow Scout
She gets it for a very short amount of time on an active ability.
Teemo gets it passively then doubles it on activation for way longer.
After slowlander, Teemo "the somewhat slow scout"
