Can we just straight buy Tear Fullcharge Items in Practice mode
I dont think anyone wants to sit for like 20 minutes charging

kalima9941 votesPeople buy skins and use them in games :) Who buys skins for practice tool? ( Some people also buy champions with RP to play RANKED with them or even normals :) and let's not forget that some people even buy rune pages with rp, how do you need that for practice tool? )
