Lucian got nerf from same reasons and his win rate is 47%. But Mf's win rate 53% and her play rate 13%.
Jinx's win rate 53% and her play rate 19%.
Jhin's win rate 52% and his play rate 18%.
Ashe's win rate 53.5% and her play rate 18%.
Caitlyn's win rate 50.5% and her play rate 23% (28% ban rate at LCS)

they gutted it because he would flash E in korea catch 1 or 2 carries and the whole team would flash in and kill both carries winning any late game fight instantly. incredibly boring, no action, not a long drawn out fight.
no high tension moment around a nexus or a baron, just a quick and easy pick. boring.
