I went vs a Shen Top

Since when did Singed Poison count as a Basic Attack? My Poison did nothing to him and it said blocked each time he did the shield around him.

Shen's dodge works on all Auto attacks. He also has a passive shield that can mitigate the poison damage. Since you provided no context, it seems a reasonable question too me.

If you want though; throw me a friend request and I'll test it out in a custom with you. It's probably a bug if we replicate it. (That reminds me, I meant to test a vision bug a while back. oops.)

That's why context is important. If he did it near a minion wave, then their AA's would cause the "blocked" message.

I'm not discrediting OP's claim though. But if this actually happening, then we should be able to replicate it. If we can replicate it, then it's a bug.

While it might have blocked it, its pretty obvious when playing Singed if your Q isnt doing anything since thats the only DPS you really have

I know my basic attacks and minion attacks get blocked

i did see him walk by in my poison and it said blocked

Has this been happening for a while or just this patch? I don't pick Singed into Shen much because it's kinda like Nasus, he rushes Spirit Visage and you're a gnat to him. Last match was a couple patches back, I think, and it worked just fine.

Winning the war of attrition is what new Shen does best. It's pretty gross, I like it, but it's gross.

That's what old Shen did. New Shen doesn't have the sustain to fight a war of attrition.

Well... He does. He's much more vulnerable to poke because he can't heal it all up and his shield won't always be up if he's being poked down. But he's nigh-impossible to skirmish with.

It's more useful between fights to hold champions around 60-70% health (Life steal based on missing health), but doesn't do much in a trade until late game (and even then only on some champions).
