I main Wukong, and yes he is truly strong right now with item 3147 and item 3095

However, Wukong generally has a tough time in the top lane, where you mostly see him played. Most top laners can bully him and deny farm. hence playing Wukong is very tedious in the lane phase, usually just playing safe for the most part and having to take the L when zoned out of farm by something like a ... Darius Renekton Kled Aatrox Jax Quinn Garen and more.

Wukong isn't unhealthy, i'd say the items might be unhealthy or he just synergies with it very well. If anything Wukong could use a better passive. If you don't play a very squishy team, and have enough cc and map awareness/vision you can avoid a lot of the Wukong cheese. Also ganking Wukong and setting him back early in the game is very effective. Wukong needs to snowball to cheese, or else he just becomes utility for his team via ult.
