Too much CC in this game

the amount of CC in this game is actually obnoxious especially with champions like now running the glacial augment build yes we need CC for champions like etc,but it needs to be toned down either revert the CDR for mages back in season 8 or nerf some forms of CC i cant dive a the back line of a team fight without being permad and bursted with no reaction time to use or any of my spells
