Most brusiers dont need much attack speed as they are generally tankier ad casters (kled, voli, renekton), and the ones that do are fine with using tri force and botrk (irelia, jax, fiora), also fyi, rageblade is in the game since most of the attack speed dependent bruisers are heavy in hybrid scalings

rageblade is a carry item not a bruiser one and requires stacking on hits

voli is not an AD caster he is primarily an auto attacker and needs a good AS item, which he had when wits end was decent

voli can build tri force aswell (its actually really good on him), and he only really needs 1 damage item, so i dont know why you want more

it's okay but very not worth the price. voli CDs are way too long to make enough use of Sheen to justify the price tag

the sheen isn't the only part of triforce, it also has the MS on physical dmg plus MS making him sticker, is has the health and ad increasing his dmg, and attack speed to help him use his w

Tbh you can space out E to proc it twice, and then they'll get another proc upon W'ing. Think of it this way - Irelia only procs Sheen twice reliably without use of her ult.
