Autofill lengthens the time outside of a game

Most of the time now, there's numerous people dodging because they themselves got autofilled, or someone on their team got autofilled. This time wasted in champ select adds up, and I find it more frustrating than just waiting in queue for a minute longer.

At least get rid of autofill in low elo. I've heard that autofill is useful in higher elos just because their queue times reached like 40+ minutes, but in low elo they usually never went past 4 minutes. With all this dodging happening, my time outside of a game is much longer than it would be if autofill wasn't a thing.
